1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TetroBlocks ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Volodymyr Shyrochuk ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

TetroBlocks is a mobile puzzle game application that provides:

• Block puzzle gameplay with tetromino pieces on an 8x8 grid
• Achievement and progress tracking
• Daily challenges with unique objectives
• Leaderboards via Apple Game Center
• Customizable visual themes
• Statistics and score tracking
• Undo functionality
• Gravity drop mechanics for combo scoring
• iCloud sync to synchronize progress across your devices

3. User Eligibility

The App is designed for users of all ages. If you are under 18 years old, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to these Terms.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal iOS device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Copy, distribute, or sell the App or its content
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

5. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Not use cheats, exploits, or automation software
• Not interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Not submit false or manipulated scores to leaderboards

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Premium Features

The App offers optional in-app purchases including:

• Ad-free experience ($2.99)
• Individual visual theme packs ($0.99 each)
• Unlock all themes bundle ($3.99)

6.2 Payment and Billing

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to:

• Pay all charges incurred through your account
• Provide valid payment information
• Be responsible for any taxes associated with purchases

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The App and its original content, including but not limited to graphics, visual themes, game mechanics, sound effects, and overall design, are owned by the Developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Third-Party Content

The App integrates with third-party services (Apple Game Center, Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Provision

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8.2 Entertainment Purpose

The App is designed for entertainment purposes. We strive to provide an enjoyable gaming experience but do not guarantee any particular outcome or level of enjoyment.

8.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance or updates
• Technical issues
• Circumstances beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
• The Developer is not liable for any loss of game data, progress, scores, or achievements due to device issues, app updates, or system failures

10. Game Center

If you choose to use Apple Game Center:

• You agree to abide by Apple's terms of service
• Leaderboard rankings are provided "as is" and may be affected by service availability
• Achievements and scores are synced through Apple's servers according to their policies
• We are not responsible for issues arising from Game Center services

11. iCloud Sync

The App offers optional iCloud synchronization:

• iCloud Sync requires an active iCloud account signed in on your device
• Game progress, statistics, achievements, and settings are synced across your devices
• Sync availability depends on Apple's iCloud service and your internet connection
• We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service interruptions or account issues
• You can enable or disable iCloud Sync at any time in the App settings

12. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of the App experience
• The collection of limited data for ad personalization (see our Privacy Policy)

You may remove advertisements by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.

13. Rewarded Videos

The App offers optional rewarded video advertisements that provide in-game benefits (such as additional undo moves). These rewards are:

• Granted upon successful completion of watching an advertisement
• Subject to ad availability from our advertising partners
• Not guaranteed to be available at all times

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms other users or our services

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will notify you of significant changes through:

• App update notes
• Updates to this page

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the App.
